Vanuatu is a great holiday destination, however we suggest, for that little bit of luxury treat yourself to a stay at Eratap Beach Resort. This is a small, privately run resort that will not disappoint. Each villa sits along the water front, so you literally step outside your door, onto the sand and into the beautiful ocean. Some villas have their own private pools, but there is a guest pool located behind the villas for those days you don’t wish to swim in the ocean. The villas are well appointed, clean and well set out around the property.
Eratap has its own restaurant, and the food is of a high standard and very fresh. The restaurant sits overlooking the ocean, and if you wish you can have your dinner served on the beach with the water lapping not far away. The resort also provides entertainment by the local community 3 nights per week.
The resort does not cater for children under 7 years, and those wishing to bring their older children must book in dedicated family periods. This is what attracted us to Eratrap and we really enjoyed the quiet environment.
There is plenty to do at the resort, but there is also plenty to do on the island. The resort will assist with all bookings which makes life so much easier. You will not be disappointed in this lovely environment, where all you need to decide is whether to join in the activities that the resort offers, or whether just to pick up a good book and relax by the ocean with a cocktail in hand.
